Our 5 best tips for speeding up your phone!

A slow Android smartphone isn't something to worry about. Whether it was slow when you bought it because it was low-end, or it was a fast phone that gradually started to slow down once it got older, it's something that can be fixed. We've got a complete guide full of tips for how to speed up your smartphone, and you'll be pleased with the quick results!

1. Identify the problem

The first thing to do is find out what is causing the problem: an app, multiple apps, the system itself? Trepn Profiler by Qualcomm will show you the real-time CPU load for individual cores, an overview of network traffic for both data and Wi-Fi, GPU loads and RAM usage and more.Trepn can also produce app-specific or system-wide profiles and contains various methods for displaying accumulated data. You can save your profiled data for offline viewing and analysis and even have performance overlays on running apps.
Once you've figured out your specific issue, you can move on to the solutions below

2. Free up some space

All those photos you've taken and all of those apps you’ve installed can take their toll on your phone. It needs a little breathing room to run smoothly and if it's running low on spaceYou can check how much space you have left by heading to the Storage section of Settings.
One of the easiest ways to free up space is to tap Applications and see which apps you can uninstall, it can start to slow down
  • Tap the entry for an app you no longer need and then tap Uninstall. You can repeat this process as many times as necessary for any apps you feel you can live without.
There are other ways you can free up space. The files you have downloaded are probably still sitting in storage wasting space and can be removed.
  • In Storage, tap Downloads, select the files you want to remove and then tap the Trashcan iconMany of the apps you have installed use data caches in an attempt to speed up operations. This is effective up to a point, but if you are running short of space, it can actually be counter-productive.
    • To free up this space, hit the Clear cached data option and then tap OK to confirm.

      3. Restart your device

A quick and simple fix for a slow device is to simply restart it. This can clear out the cache, stop unnecessary tasks from running, and get things running smoothly again.
      • Just hold down the power button, select the Restart option, and then tap OK to confirm.

        4. Make sure your software is up to date

Do you keep swiping aside that notification to update your software? It only wants the best for you. Software updates are not always about new features, most of the time they also contain bug-fixes and performance enhancements than can significantly speed up your device's operation.

        5. Cut back on the widgets

All those widgets you have running on your home screen may be useful, but they also take up their fair share of resources. If you have any widgets running that you don’t really need, consider disabling them.
There's no harm in having some active, but you will notice an element of slow-down if you have too many running at the same time, so just be a little selective.

Powerbeats Pro review: The best-sounding wireless beat headphones .

As always I will not bore you with all those technical specifications, you are smart enough to do that on the internet. I will straight away let you know the pros and the cons of this device that I honestly felt without any fancy technical terms. So let us start with the PROS: The battery life is just flawless. The sound quality has improved a lot as compared to other beat products. The controls are amazing. Water resistant. Secure fit and sleek design. Bold and vibrant sound. Enough of the cons now lemme tell u the downside of this device i.e the CONS: The huge charging case feels a bit like a burden. The treble becomes overbearing at higher volumes. The hook design is not comfortable for everyone. There is no basic battery gauge. Let us wrap up the review with my final verdict.  Beats took its time building a true wireless option for its headphone line, but the wait was mostly worth it. The Powerbeats Pro is a great all-around option for workout headphon

How to protect your PC from ransomware!

Ransomware is a particularly nasty kind of malware which encrypts your files and holds them ransom until you make a payment. In this article, we explain what ransomware is, how it works and which software can help you protect against it best. What is ransomware and why should you protect against it? Ransomware is a kind of malware which locks you out of your device or encrypts files on it, preventing access until a sum of money is paid. This tricky malware can be delivered via Trojan, which a user may download by accident thinking it is another file, or it can spread without any user action, as in the case of WannaCry. WannaCry spread very quickly and was perhaps the most high profile recent example of ransomware. It affected 300,000 computers in over 150 countries by taking advantage of a vulnerability in Windows which was leaked from the NSA. Another example of ransomware is Cerber, which infects your system via Trojan horse, then encrypts your files and asks for payment.

How to turn your smartphone into an Android Go device!!

Android Go is Google's latest venture to provide a smooth operating system to smartphones that are equipped with cheaper hardware. It's the successor to Android One, and is trying to succeed where its predecessor failed. More and more Android Go devices have recently been introduced in various markets around the globe, and now you can get Android Go installed on pretty much any device that currently runs on Android.  This is a patch that turns on low RAM mode on your Android, the low-RAM Property Patcher, which makes more RAM available so that the system becomes more fluid. In addition, the Play Store recognizes your Android as the Go version and offers apps like YouTube, Gboard and others in lighter versions. You can download some of the Android Go apps directly from the Play Store. I applied the patch on my smartphone, a Moto G3 that has 1 GB of RAM, and the system started out consuming only 390 MB, which leaves you with a greater amount of RAM. This enables the system
